1) State = Null

---> This state occurs when the destination device does not support CEF.
4) State = DROP
--> Packets will be dropped after checking the destination network in the table
5) State = Discard
---> Packets will be discarded
6) State = Cache
--> This state occurs when the device have correct mac address and outbound interface to send the packets.
7) State = Receive
--> this is for the router.
